I shot this while riding out in the Flint Hills of Kansas. This was in a small valley that was washed out through the years from running water. It was dry and otherworldly in appearance. This strange root structure completed the image for me.

I love riding a bicycle. I also love capturing images and have been a professional photographer since 1990.
