Artist's Description
I named this Mikey's Lightning because this was the first storm chase I took Mikey on with me. We stayed in the car as it was raining, but he was pretty freaked out. He was still a mamma's boy back then. I saw the lightning and shot this handheld, getting lucky enough to capture the lightning. These storms moved through the Flint Hills the night before the Flint Hills Death ride in 2010.

I love riding a bicycle. I also love capturing images and have been a professional photographer since 1990.
